Room and bathroom cleaning, althgough the room cleaning service wasn´t diary. The balcony is nice! Good location, in a calm walking street, with some good restaurants and bars, and near from bus lines going to Old Town and Port/ Main bus station.
Not so professional. Sometimes there was nobody at reception, even with our check-in programmed for 8pm. And if they don´t want to clean the rooms every day, could at least make the guests bed every day.

Air conditioning didn't work, at 11 p.m. we felt like in sauna, almost forced to give us another room

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the area. The attention to detail is impressive - from the clean and comfortable rooms to the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the medical box in case of emergencies. The location is fantastic, right near the beach and surrounded by beautiful bars and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the sea.
All was fine, no negatives to mention.

Great location in a cozy street with lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a short walk to the beach. The room was equipped with a kettle and cups, which was awesome for having a cup of tea in the morning. , the bedding was clean and fresh.
The lack of reception service was a real pain, and our check-in was programmed for 8 pm, but there was nobody to receive us. , the room wasn't cleaned every day, and we had to make our bed ourselves.

The attention to detail is commendable, from the well-maintained rooms to the provided basic amenities. The location is a real winner, being very close to the beach and a wide choice of restaurants. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the bus stop makes it convenient to reach the Old Town. Moreover, it is just off the pedestrian area leading to Lapad beach, perfect for leisurely strolls.

The fridge was stocked with wine and water, great start to the weekend. the location was perfect for accessing the beach and coastal walks, as well as restaurants and frequent buses to the nearby attractions. Plus, the owner was friendly and helpful with basic needs.
The shower was dirty and leaked constantly, a disappointment when trying to relax. the bedding was uncomfortable consisting of a blanket in a duvet cover and 2 single sheets on a double bed.

I had a fantastic solo travel experience staying at a lovely room close to the beautiful Lapad beach. the room was immaculate, with soft and cozy towels changed every two days. the area around the room was full of great cafes and bars, and it was just a short walk to the beach or down to the sea. the hosts were super friendly and very helpful, always discreetly ensuring my comfort. It was a great pleasure to stay in a room with such facilities!
The difficulty in reaching the hotel since there was no proper signage or instructions.
